User navigation data

The computer systems and computer programs used for the operation of the site they collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of protocols Internet communication (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses URI (“Uniform Resource Identifier”) of the requested resources, time of the request, method used in submitting the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numeric code about the status of the response made by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system e to the user's computer environment). Although it is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining non-statistical information associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check the correct functioning of the same and are deleted after processing.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

The legal basis of the processing is therefore the legitimate interest in the operation and site security. For the consultation of the site it is not required any contribution of personal data from the user.

If the processing takes place on the basis of expressed consent by the interested party, he or she may revoke the consent at any time, without prejudice the lawfulness of the processing provided before the revocation. Those interested that believe that the processing of personal data concerning them is in violation of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, which can be contacted via the contact details indicated in Site of the Authority itself.

What they are and what they are for
